What you need to get started.
1. Any professional qualification that qualifies you as an educator.
While a degree from a reputed university is encouraged, educators with diplomas related to their respective subject can also apply.
2. An excellent command of the English language.
Note that ayzack.com caters to pupils who follow their education in the English Medium.
3. Excellent computer literacy.
Computer skills, such as touch typing, would be an added advantage, as the educator is expected to use Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and on screen Whiteboard to conduct their lessons.
4. Uninterrupted wifi connection.
As there are regular power outages in Sri Lanka as of the time of this posting, the educator is expected to take the necessary measures to keep their wifi service and signal strength consistent.

5. A Powerful Laptop for teaching.
Using a desktop computer is not recommended, because it would be problematic during a power outage. Note that the educator will be running zoom meetings throughout the session while using other applications in their device. Investing in a reliable laptop would make your online educational sessions more effective.

6. High-quality Webcam.
Note that in order for online learning to be engaging, the educator must have the webcam turned on during sessions. Ultimately the webcam is an essential tool to display the educator’s charisma and enthusiasm to the pupil.
7. Auxiliary equipment [optional yet enhances the quality of your sessions].
Graphics tablet for using onscreen whiteboard, lighting elements, powerbanks for the laptop and lights in case of a powercut, Wireless keyboard and wireless headphones, second screen for laptop to read student messages sent in the zoom chat.

Conditions
1. Educators may not be a part of any other competing online institution, nor may they teach privately via zoom meeting or any other online meeting client.
2. Educators will not receive a fixed salary. Instead, the educator will be paid 80% of the earnings collected from the sessions conducted by the respective educator. The remaining 20% will be received by Ayzack Global Education (Pvt) Ltd as service/management fees .

3. Educators are allowed conduct physical classes as they wish while partnering with any institution, as long as the teaching material, and the recordings of the physical classes are not distributed online. Nonetheless, educators are encouraged to predominantly focus on online/remote learning as there is a significant advantage of teaching exclusively online.
